There is a time and a place to say how you feel about something. When you’re in school then you are limited on what you say and do and that’s just the way it is. If you happen to not follow those rules, than the school is entitled to somehow punish you for it and that’s just the way it is. However, when you are outside of school, I do not think that the school does have a right to punish you for what you do or say. I think that schools should not have the right to penalize students for what is done outside of school. I also think that things that are said online should not in any way affect what goes on in school. I think that whatever you do outside of school should not be brought back to school. I think that when a group of people are outside of school then they will say whatever they want to say. So, even if it’s not posted in an online blog, then it still will be said. There’s nothing that anyone can say or do to forbid that from happening. When it comes to internet speech, I think there are certain limits. However, I think that no matter what anyone says about having limits or boundaries, someone is always going to cross that line. I think that there is only up to a certain extent to what can and can not be said on the internet but I think that there is no way that you can even attempt to put a limit on it. Although I think that schools should have no say in what goes on outside of school, I think that they do however have a say in what goes on in school. I think that when something happens outside of school, it should be none of their business and they should not get involved. However, I think that students should respect the rules that are given to them when they enter school and they should abide by those rules and limitations. So in conclusion, I think that whatever happens outside of school should stay outside of school. I think that the school officials should not get involved and do not have the right to get involved. Schools should only be given the right to put certain limitations for something when and if it were to take place in school only.Otherwise, everyone has freedom of speech and they are allowed to speak freely on their own time.
